NH Amsterdam RAI is a new hotel with 650 rooms and around 900 m2 meeting space. The design of the rooms is inspired by the 6 directions of the wind in which the cardinal point of the building point towards- south; east; north; southwest; southeast and northwest. Themes from the Golden Age in which Amsterdam used to be the commercial center of Europe are clearly visible in the rooms; in combination with well-known international symbols; like Mandalas from India; Dia de los Muertos skulls from Mexico and cherry blossoms from Japan. All these symbols will be visible in a modern and international setting.
