When you aren’t out lounging on the beach or exploring the wonders that Fuerteventura has to offer, there are plenty of facilities within the hotel to keep you occupied. Take a dip in one of three swimming pools, which include a heated outdoor pool with a whirlpool, an unheated outdoor pool and a heated children’s pool. The pool area is lined with palm trees and lush greenery, as well as plenty of sun loungers and parasols – relax while you soak up the views of the ocean in the distance. The children’s pool offers great fun for kids, there’s also Yambaland Kids' Club for ages 4 to 12, where they can make friends and engage in plenty of exciting and creative activities.

Work up a sweat at Sheraton Fitness, the hotel’s 24-hour gym which is fully equipped with treadmills, weights and cardio equipment – with locker rooms for you to store your belongings while you train. If you’d prefer to enjoy the great outdoors while you stay active, there’s also a tennis court and scenic mini-golf course where you can engage in some friendly competition with your loved ones. After your workout, cool off and relax your muscles at Hesperides Thalasso Spa. At 1000 m2, this huge spa offers a plethora of invigorating treatments including massages, facials, body peels and wraps, grooming treatments, manicures, pedicures and more. There’s also an expansive aquatic area offering a hydrothermal pool, hydrotherapy treatments, a sauna, ice fountain, Jacuzzi and Roman baths. Children aged three and above can visit the spa from 10:00 to 14:00 (last entrance at 13:00), while adults can visit from 10:00 to 20:00 (last entrance at 18:30).

The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to its sister hotel, Elba Palace, where you can make use of the golf course or driving range at an extra cost.

A myriad of flavourful dining options awaits you here, including four restaurants and two bars. Start your day with a selection of Spanish and international breakfast dishes at Los Arcos Buffet, where your breakfast will be complete with views of the garden from the terrace. Return here in the evening for a buffet dinner accompanied by a selection of wines from the wine cellar.

For a relaxed lunchtime experience, head to La Veranda for light bites and refreshing drinks by the pool. Satiate your appetite with a light dish from the extensive list of starters, soups and salads on offer. If you’re still feeling hungry, a menu of meat and fish dishes, pizzas, pasta, sandwiches and hamburgers await you, alongside an extensive kid’s menu.

For dinner, head to El Faro Restaurant for an a la carte menu that combines local Mediterranean and international fare. A huge variety of dishes are on offer here, including succulent steaks, grilled fish dishes and vegetarian options, followed by a selection of indulgent desserts. Wok-N-Zen is another a la carte option offering Pan-Asian flavours including sushi, noodles, tempura and more in an atmospheric, peaceful setting inspired by traditional Japanese Zen gardens.

After dinner, head to the Piano Lobby Bar to enjoy expertly crafted drinks with a side of live music in the evening. You can also treat yourself to afternoon tea here earlier in the day while admiring stunning sea views from huge floor-to-ceiling windows.

Half board Deluxe guests can enjoy dinner in the buffet or a la carte restaurants every night. Please note that the two a la carte restaurants El Faro and Wok & Zen open on alternate days. Full board guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast and dinner included in their stay. Meanwhile, lunch is served in either the a la carte restaurant, La Veranda or in the Los Arcos Buffet. For stays of seven nights or more, one a la carte dinner in one of the hotel’s a la carte restaurants is be available on request. Please note that any additional use of a la carte restaurants will incur an additional charge. Drinks are also excluded from this offer.
