The hotel’s trio of restaurants offers a variety of dining options. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is built around a 19th Century sugar mill. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, showcasing casual Caribbean cuisine using fresh, local ingredients. 1763 Beach Restaurant and Bar is situated at the resort’s private beach, around a three-minute walk away. It offers an a la carte menu combining local and international cuisine. Be sure to stop by on Friday for the resort’s fish fry and bonfire, or on Sunday to enjoy the local speciality of crab and dumplings. The Jacaranda Restaurant has a vintage feel and is open for groups and private functions only.

Tobago’s first swim-up bar serves a selection of house wine, beer, soft drinks and tempting tropical cocktails, ideal for sipping while lounging poolside. At the Hummingbird Lounge, situated on the sundeck opposite the Lobby Bar, you'll find afternoon tea, coffee and light bites for lunch. The Lobby Bar complements the Hummingbird Lounge across the terrace, serving wine, local beer, or even refreshing cocktails.
