Visión general
Iberostar Selection Sábila is a contemporary, adult-only hotel on the coastline of Tenerife’s Costa Adeje. Named after the soothing aloe vera plant, the hotel promises a revitalising stay for its adult guests. It features two ocean view pools, an intimate spa and a hip market-style restaurant. Boasting sleek and minimalist interiors, the hotel presents a tempting selection of double rooms – including the Star Prestige accommodation which offers exclusive benefits.
Located next to Torviscas Beach, the Iberostar Selection Sábila is situated in the popular Costa Adeje area of Tenerife. It’s about half a mile away from Puerto Colon – home to pleasant harbourside restaurants and bars. The touristy Playa de las Americas area is less than two miles away. Popular golf courses are nearby, including the Golf Las Americas golf course, and there are two water parks within a mile and a half radius: Aqualand and Siam Park. You can drive 38 miles to visit the volcanic landscapes of Teide National Park, and Tenerife South Airport is around 11 miles from the Iberostar Selection Sábila.
The modern rooms have a calm feel, with cream-tiled floors, large windows and pale wood accents. The decor subtly alludes to nature with nest or birdcage lampshades and a feature wall, which depicts wintry trees. All rooms are free from single-use plastic, and amenities include a 49-inch TV, coffee machine and a minibar (subject to a surcharge). Bathrooms are outfitted with spacious rainfall showers and contain quality bathrobes and slippers. All rooms come with a private balcony, but it’s worth upgrading to a sea view room for superior Atlantic Ocean vistas. When staying in a fifth or sixth-floor Star Prestige room or suite, you’ll benefit from panoramic ocean and mountain views, a pillow menu, late check-out and exclusive access to the rooftop solarium. Here you’ll find an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, hammocks and Balinese beds and bar which serves complimentary drinks and snacks. In addition, the Saloon Star Prestige offers newspapers and tablets with self-service hot drinks available 24-hours a day. There is a separate area for lunch and dinner for Star Prestige guests and discounts are provided for spa treatments.

Buffet Restaurant caters for all tastes, serving a combination of local and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfasts feature fresh juices, pastries, crepes, made-to-order eggs and plenty of cooked options. On themed nights, you can savour flavours from around the world, from Italy to Mexico. You can also dine at the innovative Gourmet Market for an extra charge. This venue is inspired by the vibrant food markets of Spain’s largest cities. There are seven different food stalls – offering an array of meats, seafood, tapas boards, tortillas and desserts at additional costs – and the atmosphere is enhanced by live music and fabulous ocean views. Please note that the Gourmet Market is open from Wednesday to Sunday.
If you fancy something light for lunch, head to the payable poolside Snack Bar or enjoy sweet snacks and savoury appetisers at Star Cafe. You can also order refreshing drinks and cocktails at the Pool Bar or Lobby Bar, including the hotel’s signature aloe cocktail.

The hotel’s dress code stipulates that gentlemen should wear long trousers and a shirt with sleeves - please ask for dress code details upon arrival. Also, beach shoes, flip flops, open sandals and shorts are not permitted to be worn at dinner.
