The impressive Wellness Centre sits at the heart of the resort, boasting 33 treatment rooms, a thalassotherapy pool, a dedicated Ayurvedic temple, a yoga pavilion, a specialist skin clinic, a Wellness Clinic and numerous fitness studios. There are also holistic therapists who specialise in Chinese and Bhutanese therapies. As part of the all-inclusive package, you can choose one of 12 different spa treatments for each full day, or tailor a bespoke programme to your specific needs for an additional charge.

Throughout the year, this resort attracts solo travellers with its dedicated fitness classes, communal dinners and lively cocktail parties. However, the hotel also hosts special Feature Months, including Spring Sail, Jive June, September Solos and Octoba Yoga. During July and August, BodyHoliday promotes the ‘WellFit Tribes Programme’. This is a time when families can enjoy an adventurous week-long course, learning new skills together through yoga, bike rides, sailing classes, hiking, cooking lessons and more.

Overlooking the bay, the eponymous Cariblue is the main restaurant that opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu features a range of healthy international dishes, as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. At night, this restaurant transforms into Cariblue Windows, where you can enjoy tasting menus and wine pairings.

TAO is the resort’s signature restaurant which specialises in pan-Asian cuisine. One side of the restaurant romantically overlooks the Caribbean Sea. You can also dine on the boardwalk at the laidback Pavilion Grill, just steps from the beach. It's here that you can try grilled steaks, kebabs and fresh seafood, or design your own pizza to be cooked in a clay oven. There’s also a buffet-style bar with salads and hot dishes, in addition to tempting desserts from the bakery. ITAL offers a unique, farm-to-table dining experience for a supplementary charge, based on the vegetarian diet developed by Jamaica’s Rastafari movement.

At the Wellness Cafe, you'll find lighter options, such as gourmet sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit juices, smoothies and coffees. Visit the Clubhouse to cocktails and entertainment. The elegant Piano Bar is ideal for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks, since you can listen to gentle piano music as you sip your cocktails.

Please note that no spa treatments are carried out on 25 December, and normal hours will resume on 26 December. A teen's spa menu is available for guests aged 12 to 16. The Wellness Centre is accessed via nearly 100 steps up a steep hill.
