Drinks central takes place at Carmen's Bar, which is open all day and oozes elegance. Tucked away above Salone Eva, it features a mahogany bar, chestnut and burgundy leather seating, 17th Century paintings and gilded walls – it’s no wonder that Princess Diana adored the bellini cocktail here. Sample the royal-approved range of cocktails, including the coffee martini, or while the day away with a fruit punch mocktail in hand – a sweet fruit medley of orange, cranberry, lime and pineapple.
