Giada is the first restaurant by Emmy award-winning celebrity chef, Giada de Laurentiis, whose cuisine is Italian with a refreshing Californian influence. Watch chefs prepare fresh pasta, bread and desserts from the open kitchen. It also features an antipasto bar, with succulent olives, stuffed peppers and cured meats – another first for Italian-themed restaurants on the Strip. Eatwell is a quick-serve restaurant, open 24-hours, also delivering food via text directly to your table at Bound – the lobby bar. Here you can enjoy a carefully curated menu of cocktails, starting with the Breakfast Martini, it's gin-based and is mixed with the finest orange marmalade. Alternatively, finish the night at Drai's After Hours, providing an intimate and exclusive spot in the basement.
