From floodlit tennis to the well-equipped fitness centre, there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied. Try a beachside yoga session where certified practitioners will guide you through a revitalising session of either Hatha yoga or Vinyasa yoga, or opt for a special couples’ yoga session. You and your partner will be gently guided to synchronise your breathing with movement.

Take a refreshing dip in the expansive pool or keep in shape with a visit to the resort’s state-of-the-art fitness centre, equipped with free weights, spinning machines, treadmills and more. Make the most of the included water sports centre where you can splash about on hobie cats, paddleboards and kayaks, go snorkelling around the beach or dive deep under the guidance of a certified PADI instructor. Alternatively, back on terra firma, tee off for a challenging round of golf at the nearby Grenada Golf and Country Club with green fees included.

Little ones are kept entertained at the year-round complimentary kids club: The Nutmeg Pod, accepting children aged three to 12 - babysitting is also available.

Situated near the sea and open for breakfast and dinner daily, Oliver’s is an upscale restaurant in Grenada, where Caribbean-meets-Creole flavour comes to life. Each dish is prepared with local produce and spices, including vegetarian selections, for a true taste of the island, as calypso and reggae bands play some evenings. Expect lavish and ambitious five course menus consisting of dishes like Creole shrimp and smoked fish chowder. Breakfast buffets are expansive and encompass plenty of local treats, such as banana bread and nutmeg-spiced Danish pastries, as well as a la carte options.

Overlooking Grand Anse Beach and open for lunch daily, Sea and Surf Terrace & Bar prepares international fare infused with a Caribbean twist. During its weekly Sunday barbecue lunch buffet, you can sample your way around the island with chefs serving favourites right from the grill to your plate.

Dress code is very casual during the day with cover-ups required over swimsuits in public and dining areas. Footwear is always required in the restaurants, lobby and dancefloor and courtyard areas. At Oliver’s and Sebastian Grill Restaurant, the dress code is smart casual and includes dress shorts for gentlemen (beach shorts and athletic shorts are not allowed). Smart jeans, polo shirts, as well as dress sandals are welcome for both ladies and gentlemen. Trainers, sleeveless tops and/or headwear for gentlemen are not permitted. Additionally, families with children under five can enjoy the dinner service at Oliver’s. However, the resort will continue to offer a casual dining option for families at Sebastian Grill Restaurant.
