The hotel’s 24-hour ambassador programme, which starts from the initial in-room check-in, ensures that you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and a ‘home from home’ experience wherever you are on the property. This extends to the beach and pool areas where you’ll be pampered with cold towels and refreshed with complimentary ice lollies and drinks.

Upon arrival, you can immediately relax with a complimentary 30 minute jet lag massage in a beach cabana or in the comfort of your own room. After stimulating your senses and reviving mind and body, you might want to return for another treatment later during your stay, or head to the Ying Yang Beauty Spa, which is a full-service spa at the neighbouring, sister property, Tamarind.

The curvaceous on-site swimming pool is split into two tiers, with a small waterfall feature in-between. It’s a relaxing space, blessed with tropical plants and a few cushioned sun loungers which are dotted around the sides. It’s also just steps away from the ocean sun deck and the beach where you can recline under shady umbrellas or an inviting cabana. Whilst relaxing, you might be tempted to try some of the complimentary water sports on offer. This includes water skiing, banana boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkelling and much more. The beach is also a known spot to witness nesting turtles.

Additional hotel amenities include a fitness centre and an internet room which is complete with a small library and computer station. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The Deck offers all-day dining including a buffet breakfast, with a choice of Champagne or Bucks Fizz. This includes a selection of tempting continental options as well as an egg station where you can have your eggs cooked to your liking. All-day and moonlight menus are available along with 24-hour room service. There’s also English afternoon tea, with a selection of cakes, scones and an assortment of teas. You can also arrange to have dinner in a private beach cabana on request.

You’ll enjoy complimentary exchange dining at Crystal Cove, Tamarind, Treasure Beach, Waves Resort & Spa or Turtle Beach. To book a meal at one of these sister resorts, simply contact the front desk at The House to make a reservation. You can also dine at Colony Club by purchasing meal vouchers. Please note, these vouchers do not include drinks or special menu items, which may incur additional charges. Theme nights may also incur a supplement. A complimentary water taxi operates between west coast hotels during daylight hours. In the evening, you must use a regular taxi service at your own expense.
