Sea Breeze Beach House is an intimate all-inclusive, luxury resort located on a vast stretch of white sand beach. This contemporary beachfront hotel offers relaxed charm and is surrounded by acres of lush gardens. Separate family-friendly and adult-only areas are provided, so everyone can make the most of their stay.
The resort enjoys a prime location on the south coast of Barbados, along the Maxwell Coast Road. It’s under a two mile walk from the popular fishing village of Ostin’s, famous for its Friday Night Fish Fry. Just over a mile away in the opposite direction, you’ll reach St Lawrence Gap, another lively hub which is renowned for its nightlife and restaurant scene. The championship Barbados Golf Course is almost three miles away. Sea Breeze is just over six miles from Grantley Adams International Airport, whilst the capital Bridgetown is slightly further at eight miles distance.
Rooms and suites are modern and vibrant in style, with beech wood flooring, light wooden furnishings and colourful artwork. Find crisp premium white bedding in each room as well as a flat-screen TV, kettle, minifridge, iPod docking station and air-conditioning. Bathrooms are spacious and feature rainfall showers. Every room or suite also has a private balcony or terrace, and some have excellent ocean views. The property is set on over three hundred metres of pristine beachfront, which can be accessed from either side of the hotel. Relax on the floating sun deck, sunbathe under swaying palms and be tempted to try snorkelling or a range of non-motorised water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing and Hobie cat sailing.
If you’re craving action out of the water, there’s a full activity programme which includes Caribbean Beach Fit and morning local walks. There’s also an on-site fitness centre or you can take part in some beach cricket. There are three swimming pools to enjoy, including a 75 foot lap pool, family-friendly pool and an adults-only pool which all overlook the ocean. You’ll also find two whirlpools close by. After taking a dip, sink back into one of the cushioned loungers and make the most of the free poolside drink service. To truly unwind, you might want to book an in-room spa or beauty treatment afterwards.
For children, there’s plenty going on at the Lil Dippers kids’ club. A range of activities are on offer for children aged 4 to 11 years, from arts and crafts workshops to kite flying and games. Teenagers can hang out in the Shore Break Teen Lounge which is outfitted with computers, video games, table tennis and art supplies.
In the evenings, enjoy exciting local entertainment or sample unique rums and wines in the De Rum Shop Café.

Mahogany Lounge is the main restaurant, with beach chic décor and a creative menu complete with Bajan, Caribbean and modern international dishes. Breakfast and lunch are buffet affairs, whilst there’s a mixture of buffet and a la carte options for dinner. Open-air seating and a beachside bar complete this beautiful restaurant. For a fresh seafood dinner, try Aqua Terra, an elegant, open-air restaurant with stunning ocean views. In the evenings, enjoy hand-crafted cocktails and canapes on the restaurant’s ‘Sunset Deck’.
If you’re seeking afternoon tea or a romantic, fine dining experience, there’s Cerulean. This restaurant specialises in international cuisine with Bajan flair, and uses the freshest of ingredients, all sourced from local farms and fisheries. For something a bit different, reserve a table at Chef’s Table, a pop-up dining experience with special taster menus and a selection of fine wines. There are plenty of casual eateries too, from The Flying Fish beachside grill which is open daily for lunch, to De Rum Shop Café, where you can enjoy local drinks, homemade Bajan pastries and fish cutter sandwiches in the great outdoors.
Children are well catered for with special kids’ menus in all a la carte restaurants, whilst optional early sittings are offered.
