The resort has four outdoor pools – including a huge 70-metre pool, next to a children’s pool, surrounded by a vast sun deck, and another located amongst the palm trees. Pool towels are available with a deposit, so you can free up space in your suitcase. Salgados Beach is accessible through a pathway over the sand dunes, providing extra opportunity to unwind under the sun. To take your relaxation one step further, visit the sleek Osmos Wellness Centre where the Water Circuit includes a whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, ice fountain, Turkish bath, cold bucket showers and a relaxation area. Spa options include massages, body treatments and wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures. It’s also home to an indoor pool (swimming caps are required). There’s a fitness centre too, open 24-hours a day, equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine, spinning bikes and weights.

Adults seeking an escape can join the MarClub, overlooking the beach, with sunset views. It has an outdoor heated pool (pool towels provided), massage area and bar service for food and drinks. Hire of a Bali bed or sun lounger is mandatory at the club – prices are per person, per day and vary depending on location. The price includes a welcome tray with fresh fruit and water. Bali beds and sun loungers can be reserved throughout your stay – reservations with customer services are required and are subject to availability. The MarClub is open from 09:30 till 19:00, June to September (subject to change), with dazzling DJ sets on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 16:00 till 19:00 every week.

Additional family friendly facilities include the VIDA Club (open seasonally, subject to reservation and availability, maximum four hours daily), where children aged 3 to 11 can enjoy supervised activities, a reading area and a game room with arcade machines. Please note some activities come at an extra cost, this will be indicated in the weekly programme. There’s even a spa area offering children’s manicures and pedicures. A nursery is also available for children from six months to two years old.

The resort’s main dining venue, Ocean Restaurant, serves breakfast and dinner. In the mornings, choose from a varied buffet, as well as hot eggs, omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. In the evenings, themed menus combine Portuguese flavours with international favourites. During the day, tuck into relaxed poolside eats at Sunset restaurant – ask the waiters for the chargrilled meat or fish of the day. You'll find this la carte spot open seasonally, serving up Portuguese International specialities grilled to perfection. Open for dinner, Primadonna serves Italian-inspired cuisine on an outdoor terrace. Boasting a brilliant bruschetta bar and a wood-fired pizza oven, you can enjoy a choice of freshly baked pizzas and pasta dishes – some featuring local Portuguese cheeses. A kids’ menu is also available. Head on over to AJI Asian Restaurant for a bold menu showcasing South East Asian eats, a la carte. There's even a sushi bar serving the freshest rolls. This haunt is open Tuesday to Saturday.

Three bars include the chic lobby bar, a poolside bar and the Tiki Bar – a poolside, swim-up spot serving cocktails and light bites. The Lobby Cafe serves freshly brewed coffees and a tasty menu of simple snacks, daily.

The half board package includes breakfast and dinner in the Ocean buffet restaurant. In low occupancy periods, the half board buffet dinner may be replaced with a three-course menu in any of the designated restaurants. Drinks are not included.
