UK Government: Travel declaration form

You must complete the UK Government’s declaration form for international travel if you are travelling outside the UK from England.

Different rules apply for international travel from Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Your booking

For bookings made on or after 3 March 2020, for journeys that are due to have been completed by 30 April 2022, you can:

Change your booking

You can change the dates and destination of your booking without incurring a change fee, although you will need to pay any difference in price. Change booking Terms and Conditions

Cancel your booking

If you decide you no longer want to travel, you can cancel your booking and we’ll give you a voucher to the same value for a future booking. Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Please visit Manage My Booking to quickly and easily find the options available to you if your flight has been cancelled.

Claim Avios

Executive Club Members whose flights have been cancelled can now choose Avios instead of a voucher or refund. Taking Avios as an alternative to the cash element paid for your ticket means you’ll receive a 100% bonus compared to Avios purchased at the standard rate. You can contact us to claim Avios or click on the link below.

Need to cancel your booking?

If you booked via a travel agent, please contact them directly to discuss cancelling your booking.

You can claim a voucher to the value of your booking, valid for travel until 30 April 2023, if:

  • You booked prior to 3 March 2020 for travel due to have started by 28 February 2021
  • You booked from 3 March 2020 onwards for travel due to be completed by 30 April 2022

Vouchers can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking. Your new trip booked with your voucher must be fully completed by 30 April 2023 (departure and return). You will receive your voucher by email within seven days of your application.

IMPORTANT: Please do not amend your booking in Manage My Booking yourself - we will do this on your behalf.

Want to change your booking?

If you would like to change your booking you can choose from one of the following options. If you booked via a travel agent, please contact them directly to discuss further arrangements for your booking.

If you want to change the dates of your booking

For bookings made from 3 March 2020 onwards for journeys that are due to have been completed by 30 April 2022, and for bookings made prior to 3 March 2020 for journeys due to have started by 28 February 2021, go to Manage My Booking to change your dates.

We’ve waived our change booking fee so you will not be charged, although you will need to pay any difference in fare.

 

If you want to change the destination and the dates of your booking

For bookings made prior to 3 March 2020 for journeys due to have started by 28 February 2021 or for bookings made from 3 March 2020 onwards, for travel completed by 30 April 2022, please complete the online voucher form to change both your destination and dates. We will cancel your booking on your behalf and email you a voucher to the value of your booking, valid until 30 April 2023.

Vouchers can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking. Your new trip booked using a voucher must be fully completed by 30 April 2023 (departure and return). You will receive your voucher by email within seven days of your application.
