Overview

Located in Tenerife’s Costa Adeje, Royal Hideaway Corales Suites is a sophisticated family-friendly retreat. Within the stunningly designed property, you’ll find delicious dining options and a whole host of activities for all ages – and adults can access facilities and a la carte restaurants at the neighbouring adult-only Royal Hideaway Corales Beach.

Set in two and a half acres of gardens, the hotel is a short stroll from the small fishing town of La Caleta and 50 metres from the volcanic sands of Enramada Beach. The popular Siam Waterpark is around five miles from the resort, and you can explore the island’s lunar-like landscape at Tiede National Park, about 27 miles away. Tenerife South Airport is 13 miles from the resort.

While the exterior resembles a white ocean liner, the interior colour palette is inspired by the azure sea and dark volcanic landscape on which the hotel sits. As you enter, floating walkways lead to an imposing cave-like reception area, cocooned in volcanic rock, illuminated with marine and coral-coloured lights. Sunken water features surround relaxed seating. The classy décor continues into the suites, which feature large terraces, electronically operated blinds and full kitchens. Two Bedroom Deluxe Suites with Pools are located close to the main pool, making this an ideal choice for families.

You can relax around the family-friendly pool or sink into one of two exclusive adult-only pools. There's nearly two and a half acres of gardens to explore and the resort’s shopping avenue provides boutiques and a hair salon. Guests ages 4 to 12 can join the Barcy Club to participate in arts, magic, theatre, science and dance activities.

Adults also have access to the Spa and Wellness Centre at the neighbouring Royal Hideaway Corales Beach (16+). It features seven cabins, a boutique and a hydrotherapy circuit with waterfalls, steam baths, a sauna and sensation showers. Sculpt your skin with a 3D Collagen Shock Facial – or detoxify it with prebiotic products during a Diamond Cocoon Experience. Don’t forget to treat your body, too – the Corales Supreme Ritual is a signature treatment using seaweed, plus bamboo to exfoliate and release tension. There’s also a 24-hour fitness centre, exercise classes, cocktail and food masterclasses and cultural activities for adults here, too. The hotel's concierge can also arrange bookings if you're wanting to head to the nearby golf courses for a round on the fairways (for an additional charge).

Dining information

Olivia is Royal Hideaway Corales Suites’ buffet restaurant, serving a delicious and nutritious buffet Royal Breakfast concept with local and seasonal produce. Open for lunch and dinner, Starfish serves a la carte seafood beside the pool. The relaxed La Trattoria, which serves pastas and pizzas, provides an Italian-influenced a la carte menu for dinner – as does Il Bocconcino by Royal Hideaway. Don't miss their namesake dish, a risotto with taleggio, radicchio, pear and hazelnuts. Beside the pool, refreshments are available at Starfish Pool Bar, and La Gelateria serves Italian ice creams, pancakes and sweet bites.

Adults can also dine at the three restaurants within Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, which include the Michelin-starred El Rincon de Juan Carlos and Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei fusion cuisine at San Hô.
