Aeonic Suites & Spa - Mykonos

Aeonic Suites & Spa is a luxurious, all-suite boutique property, overlooking the Aegean Sea on the quieter western end of Mykonos. It’s incredibly sophisticated in an understated way, offering only 41 elegantly designed suites, the majority of which feature a private pool. The on-site rooftop spa is spectacular, as are the beautiful infinity pool and gourmet restaurant, which all boast vistas of the sea and surrounding shores of Korfos.

For a little peaceful haven, away from the lively Mykonos party scene, this property couldn’t be more perfect. It’s perched above Korfos Beach, known to attract wind and kite surfers, and less than half a mile from the stunning Ornos beach. It boasts fine sand, calm azure waters and a great selection of tavernas for a leisurely lunch. Devote a whole day to explore Mykonos town, under five miles inland. As you stroll around a labyrinth of narrow, cobbled lanes – you’ll most certainly be dazzled by its brilliant white, sugar cube houses and cobalt blue domes. Closer still is Little Venice, attracting many to view the famous windmills standing guard on the hills and the colourful 18th Century merchants’ houses, positioned precariously close to the water’s edge. Mykonos International Airport is approximately two and a half miles away.

The property is architecturally striking, minimalist in design, incorporating natural materials like marble, local stone and oak. A scheme of black, white and taupe is used throughout the hotel, interspersed with huge rock statement pieces. Unlike many Mykonos cave-like properties, the tranquil suites here are incredibly light and spacious, and decorated with beautifully crafted furniture. A bath and walk-in shower feature in all rooms, as do luxurious Diptyque toiletries. Standard facilities include a Nespresso coffee machine, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, fully stocked minibar with delicatessen products and a Bluetooth audio system. There’s a good supply of USB ports, plus you can choose your very own ambient room scent. Opt for a suite with a Jazuzzi, plunge pool or private pool. Supreme pool suites, located on the ground floor, are the most spacious accommodation. Most boast breathtaking sea views, while others have garden views.
