There is one deep blue seawater pool (heated in April and October) for you to enjoy, surrounded by soft-mattressed loungers providing ultra-comfort for sun worshippers. Pool Attendants, occasionally on roller skates, are on standby to replace your drink on repeat and provide substantial poolside lunches, so put the Grecotel app to good use. You can also keep active in the hotel's open-air fitness area, enjoy fast-paced workouts alongside pilates, stretching and yoga.
Families are well looked after with a choice of two additional pools – the Family Activity pool and the children's pool. The Grecobaby Service offers a pre-order service so you don't have to pack the basic necessities like potties, training seats, high chairs, buggies, bottle warmers, bottle sterilizer, a kettle, baby bathtubs, changing mats, bouncy chairs and listening devices (some equipment is limited in availability and some incurs additional charges). Or the Grecoland kids’ club that offers three programmes to entertain those four and up.
You can also retreat to the Hippie Wellness Area for some precious ‘Lux.Me’ time or a rejuvenating spa treatment. Or you can find a spot along the 1000m stretch of beach, awarded the Blue Flag for its exceptional water quality due to the vast Posidonia fields offshore.
There are planned activities throughout the day and evening. You may also be encouraged to make your own way to the resort’s Agreco Farm, but please be aware that this also features a mini zoo.
Dining information
Delivering outstanding food and handcrafted beverages is one of the resort’s greatest goals. Ventanas Il Mar offers all-day dining and a bursting variety of choice. There are defined areas serving local, continental and International options and live cooking stations, with special themed evenings planned too. Along the Gourmet Promenade you will also find Tavernaki – one of five a la carte restaurants, setting the scene perfectly with its Cretan tasting menu. Asia White, Guest Restaurant and Fico d’India cover a variety of flavours from Asian to Italian cuisine. For fine dining, and only for those 12 years and over, you can book a table at The White restaurant serving three unique dining concepts paired with fine wines from the Wine Cellar. Regardless of where you dine, the mesmerising island sunsets will form an unforgettable backdrop.For somethimg sweet visit the Chocolaterie and try some of the delectable treats on offer.
