As per the W style, the AWAY Spa is decorated in bold design. Beachy grey tiles meet patterned ceilings with splashes of aquamarine furnishings. Laze in the open-air relaxation terrace, wet lounge and beauty bar. Indulge in a massage in one of their six treatment rooms – try a Diamond Cocoon Experience, a prebiotic facial using Natura Bisse products to reverse the impacts of modern pollution. There are four restaurants, a year-round lounge bar, a seasonal open-air bar. Market Kitchen serves Portuguese and international dishes. It’s decorated with black patterned flooring and soft grey tiles met with splashes of ornate Portuguese tiles. For breakfast, you’ll find a tempting buffet with a hot food section and a make your own mimosa station, to be enjoyed on the comfy yellow chairs indoors or on the adjoining terrace. For upscale dining, Paper Moon is an established luxury Italian restaurant chain. There’s a lightly shaded terrace with breathtaking ocean views – the perfect place to savour their Tiramisu.

The W Lounge is characterised by its striking wall of porcelain plates, here you’ll find fragrant coffees, tapas and Petiscos, and experimental cocktails. Get your health kick or a hair of the dog at Sip@Wet, this pool bar serves delicious cocktails, healthy smoothies and nutritious dishes – to be savoured on a comfy sun lounger. Head to Vino for an ultra-suave menu of tapas and wine – perfect for unleashing your inner connoisseur. Meanwhile, Air is a sweet spot for sunset sips in the summer.
