Overview

Nestled within the lush pine forests of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the Ria Park Garden Hotel is close to some of the best beaches and golf courses in the Algarve. Tropical gardens and a central pool present a tranquil atmosphere, and the nearest beach is less than a mile away. Ria Park Garden Hotel is located between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago in southern Portugal. The hotel offers guests reduced green fees at many nearby golf courses and a complimentary shuttle bus to Vale de Garrao Beach, a mere mile away. You can also visit other Quinta do Lago or the Vale do Lobo beaches. Vilamoura is one of the closest towns, about seven miles from the hotel, and Estoi offers Roman ruins less than 12 miles away. The journey from the hotel Faro Airport is approximately six miles.

Other facilities

The nearby sandy beach is one of the Algarve’s most exclusive beaches. During the high season, the hotel offers a private concession, so you’ll receive towels, lounge chairs and beach umbrellas on arrival (for a charge). Their free shuttle service can also take your family to the beach year-round.

There’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained during your stay. The swimming pool is in the central part of the hotel, virtually enclosed by a natural screen of palms and a variety of other plants and flowers. A kids’ club is available during the school holidays, organising fun activities for children up to 12 years old. There are also tennis courts, a football field and a spa with a hot tub and Turkish hammam.

Dining information

In the al fresco Garden Restaurant, you can sample regional cuisine or choose fresh dishes from a varied international menu. In the summer, light meals are also served at the poolside bar. At the Lobby Bar, order fresh natural juices, crisp light wines or chilled soft drinks. Room service is also available.

Additional information

When staying on a half board basis, the buffet is subject to availability. If the buffet is not available, you can order a three-course meal from the daily set menu. Room service is not included in the half board offering; and beverages, caviar, lobster and other shellfish or seafood are not included in the meal plans.
