When slowing down sounds more appealing, slink away to 3HB Falesia Beach’s dedicated wellbeing centre – an exclusive retreat that isn’t shared with neighbouring Falesia Garden. At its heart is a heated indoor pool with water jets, alongside a salt sauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower and treatment rooms, creating a peaceful counterpoint to days spent by the beach. Guests aged four years and over are welcome to enjoy this space from 10:30 to 14:00, before the mood shifts to adults-only calm, with guests aged 16 and above welcome from 15:00 to 18:30.

Mornings are calm and breezy at The View Restaurant, offering buffet breakfasts with a la carte options, too. Dine inside or out on the open-air terrace with wrapround glass and soft rattan seating. Return in the evenings for the dinner menu and delicious drinks or head to Falesia Restaurant. This is the hotel’s main buffet spot, serving up a spread of Mediterranean and international dishes. Start with soups, salads and fresh bakes. Show-kitchen stations cook up prime cuts and seafood, alongside perfect pizzas and pasta dishes. Top it all off with a sweet treat or two, with a choice of ice cream, cake and fruit. You’ll find easy eats for vegetarians and kids, too.
