The residences are roughly 900 metres from the centre of Olhao, a traditional fishing town with cobbled streets and Moroccan-influenced architecture – home to popular fresh food markets, a 17th Century church and a local museum detailing the town’s history. Faro International Airport is just under nine miles away.
One, two and three-bedroom apartments vary slightly in decor, with some offering a natural stone colour scheme and others featuring striking dark feature walls paired with pale blush curtains. They have a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. They also have a balcony offering partial views of Ria Formosa Natural Park.

The six residence buildings each have their own rooftop pool, exclusively for the use of those staying in each accommodation block. Spend afternoons floating or slink away to the Real Spa Therapy. This serene space spans 1,000 square metres and overlooks the tranquil Ria Formosa. Rooted in Portuguese wellness traditions, treatments are thoughtfully designed using locally sourced ingredients. From bespoke massages to revitalising therapies, every session is crafted to restore both body and mind. Expect four fabulous treatment rooms, as well as jet and Vichy showers. The spa is also home to a heated indoor pool with bubbling jets, a steam room, sauna and sensory shower. There's a naturally lit studio for group classes and a fully equipped gym, too.

Grab fresh ingredients from the local markets to cook as you please in your own apartment kitchen. You can also enjoy all-day dining and light bites at RIA Restaurant-Bar. The menu here flows from morning snacks and laid-back lunches to breezy dinners. Dine out on the terrace for views over the Ria Formosa. This eatery is open daily from 10:30 till 23:00, with dinner service from 19:00. For a taste of tradition, Real Restaurant serves authentic Portuguese fare each morning, with a generous breakfast spread on offer from 07:00 till 10:30.
