Overview

The all-inclusive TRS Turquesa Hotel is a beachfront haven for adults only, set along the white sandy shores of Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana. The hotel’s premium all-inclusive package covers suite-style accommodation, 24-hour butler service, multiple daytime activities, diverse evening entertainment and access to three exclusive pools − as well as a private VIP section on the breathtaking Bavaro beach. You can also dine at four on-site restaurants, or visit the restaurants and bars at the three sister resorts. You can use other facilities within the large resort complex, too, including swimming pools, sports courts, a spa and a casino.

TRS Turquesa Hotel sits on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic, offering direct access to over a mile-long stretch of Bavaro Beach, as well as the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea for which the resort is named. You can access the facilities at three neighbouring sister properties –by foot or on a complimentary golf shuttle − including the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa, the Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites Resort & Spa and the Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino. Punta Cana International Airport lies less than 12 miles south of the resort.

The 372 luxurious suites each offer 24-hour butler service, a combined living space, a minibar with premium drinks, a private terrace or balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted bathtub. You can book accommodation with garden, pool or Caribbean Sea views, or choose a swim-up Junior Suite for direct access to a pool from your private terrace. Romance Suites enjoy an in-room hot tub and are set close to the pool or beach, whereas Jacuzzi Terrace Suite Beachside accommodation boasts a fabulous terrace with a double Jacuzzi nearer the beach.

Lounge around one of three on-site pools, enhanced by plush day beds and complimentary drinks service. The main pool, which is set close to the beachfront, features built-in whirlpool tubs, hammocks and a fabulous swim-up bar. There are two more exclusive pools nestled in the tropical gardens, and you can enjoy complimentary access to the swimming pools at the three sister properties within the Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts complex. Alternatively, you might prefer stretching out on the hotel’s private section of beach, which is dotted with lounge chairs, hammocks and daybeds.

Embrace endless complimentary activities around the resort, such as yoga, fitness classes, beach volleyball and archery. Water sports enthusiasts can take up windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling at the beach for free – while motorised water sports, sailing courses and diving excursions can be booked for an additional charge. Otherwise, you can hop on a golf shuttle cart to the sister hotels, where you’ll discover a modern fitness centre, mini-golf course, badminton courts, petanque courts and much more. There’s also a theatre, with nightly performances, a disco venue and a casino.

It’s well worth visiting the Zentropía Palladium Spa & Wellness centre to fully unwind. Located at the Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino, this large spa features a Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, swimming pool, sauna, vapor bath and beauty salon. Once you have booked and paid for a treatment, you can enjoy a day's complimentary access to the spa’s hydrotherapy areas (hot tubs, pool, sauna and steam baths), although all treatments require a reservation and cost extra.

When the sun goes down, visit Chic Cabaret for live shows incorporating dance, acrobatics and music, accompanied by a fine dining experience, where each act of the show is a new course (a reservation fee applies).

Dining information

The TRS Turquesa Hotel houses four a la carte restaurants and six bars, exclusively reserved for those staying at the hotel. As part of the Dine Around offering, you can also enjoy access to eight a la carte restaurants and 19 bars, located at the three neighbouring sister properties. This means you’ll have an expansive choice of international restaurants, including those which specialise in Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Spanish and French cuisine.

Additional information

There is a formal dress code in all a la carte restaurants, where gentlemen are expected to wear a shirt or T-shirt, and long pants or formal Bermuda shorts.
