Meet and Assist service for customers travelling from India
Our Meet and Assist service is for customers who find travelling a bit stressful and would like additional support at the airport.
As part of the service, British Airways colleagues will be available to offer personalised support, by helping you with checking in, navigating the airport and getting to connecting flights. This service is complimentary, and in-person and our colleagues are able to converse in local languages such as Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu and Tamil.
The service is available across all airports in India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai and on arrival at London Heathrow.
On your day of travel, please arrive at the airport at least three hours before your scheduled departure. At the time of check-in please mention that you would like Meet and Assist service to our customer service team and they will assist you.
