In these unsettled times we want to make it easy for you to cancel, change or make a new booking with confidence, that’s why we’ve introduced these flexible options.

If you need to cancel your booking

Applicable if you are due to travel between now and 31 May 2020.

To cancel your booking, please fill out the online voucher form

When we receive your form, we will cancel your booking at no charge and email you with a voucher to the value of your booking. We will begin processing your voucher form as soon as you have submitted it. You won’t receive a confirmation message but please be assured that we will have your application and will be processing it. We are experiencing extremely high demand so please allow up to seven days to receive your voucher.

IMPORTANT: Please do not amend your booking in Manage My Booking yourself - we will do this on your behalf.

About your voucher

Your voucher can be used as payment for a future booking to any destination, on any chosen dates. If your new booking is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less than your original booking, you will receive a voucher for the difference, which you can put towards another travel booking. Your voucher will be valid for travel within 12 months from your original departure date.

If you need to change your booking

Applies to all bookings made between 3 March and 31 May 2020, with a departure date up to 31 December 2020.

If you know when you’d like to travel

Go to Manage My Booking and change your dates. As we’ve waived our change booking fee, you will not be charged for making the date change (although you will need to pay any difference in fare).

If you’re not sure when you need to travel and/or you need to change your destination:

Please fill out the online voucher form.

When we receive your form, we will cancel your booking at no charge and email you with a voucher to the value of your booking. The voucher enables you to re-book at your leisure, when you know where and/or when you need to travel. Your voucher will be valid for travel within 12 months of your original departure date.

We will begin processing your voucher form as soon as you have submitted it. You won’t receive a confirmation message but please be assured that we will have your application and will be processing it. We are experiencing extremely high demand so please allow up to seven days to receive your voucher.

If you’re ready to make a booking

If you would like to make a booking now, we are giving you the flexibility to change it if required.

Our ‘Book With Confidence’ commitment means you can change your destination, date of travel, or both, with no change fee. This is valid for all new bookings made up to 31 May for travel between now and 31 December 2020.

If your flight has been cancelled

If you are due to be travelling within the next 72 hours please contact us on 0800 727 800 from within the UK, or +44 (0)203 250 0145 from abroad, to discuss your rebooking options. Please do not travel to the airport. Call volumes are extremely high at the moment due to the unprecedented circumstances so please bear with us if it takes some time for us to help with your booking.

If you have booked via a travel agent – please contact them directly to discuss further arrangements for your booking.

If you are not currently eligible for our new flexible policies

If you have a booking but do not currently fall within any of our new flexible booking options, your existing booking conditions still apply. See our standard rebooking and refund options.

We are monitoring the situation closely and our flexible options are continually under review.

When to contact us

We’re currently experiencing extremely high call volumes. Please contact us if you’re travelling within the next 72 hours so we can help you with any urgent re-bookings.

If you are not due to travel within the next 72 hours, you can change or cancel your booking by completing our online voucher form.
