Take a break at the five-star Hilton Molino Stucky, set in an idyllic location with a seasonal rooftop pool. Named after a Venetian entrepreneur, the former flourmill on Giudecca Island is internationally recognised as one of Italy’s iconic pieces of industrial architecture. Beautifully restored, it houses a hotel unlike any other, providing a different view of Venice.
Just along the banks of Giudecca Island, the hotel sits comfortably away from the crowds on Venice’s main island. Hop on one of the hotel’s shuttle boats that dock in the heart of the Floating City, a local fee applies. You’ll arrive at St Mark’s Square in around 15 minutes. You can reach Venice Airport by private water taxi from the airport to the front of the hotel, or board the water bus with a transfer time of around an hour and a half.
The Hilton Molino Stucky offers over 370 rooms. The comfortable bedrooms, ranging from 23 m2 to 30 m2, feature a 40-inch television and tea and coffee making facilities. The Molino Rooms are furnished in a modern style, or choose an Executive Room for exclusive access to the Executive Lounge – which offers a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks. The best features of the hotel are the rooftop pool on the eighth floor. The open-air pool is open during the summer months (depending on weather conditions) and provides great views of the bell tower of Venice.

Dine on the terrace during the summer months – or choose the award-winning, seasonal Aromi restaurant, for fine Italian dishes crafted with a blend of timeless Italian elements and aromatic Eastern spices. This spot has a spectacular terrace on the banks of Giudecca island overlooking Venice.
The Rialto Bar & Restaurant is the focal point to meet and enjoy drinks, coffee and light snacks. Or sip cocktails and admire Venice’s stunning sweeping vistas from the stylish Skyline Rooftop Bar. During summer you can relax by the panoramic rooftop pool and taste delicious cocktails and drinks by the Pool bar.
Additional information
Direct water transport to Venice International Airport is available via the public Alilaguna service, which stops right in front of the hotel. The journey takes around 1 hour 30 minutes and is payable locally per person – advance booking is recommended.
