Then return for Corfiot and Mediterranean dishes at lunch and dinner – from sea bream with aubergine salad to lamb ‘Ladorigani’ with grilled artichokes and oregano sauce. The seasonal ingredients are locally sourced, and the extensive wine menu features both local and international bottles.
Meanwhile, Olibar is housed in the old olive mill, with slow pop music in background and a coveted beachfront bar. Sometimes the music is live. Tuck into a range of light snacks, meze dishes and drinks throughout the day – including coffee, smoothies and cocktails. The bar’s signature cocktails, Foumada, means ‘heat’ in Corfu dialect, and it includes whiskey shaken with papaya, lime and sweet ginger.
