Overview

Situated in Tenerife’s lunar landscape, MYND Adeje focuses on a cohesive existence with its natural surroundings – using local produce and renewable energy, and limiting paper and plastic use. This property features ultra-modern design, two pools – one on the rooftop, and chic rooms with Google Chromecast connectivity.

The hotel is approximately one mile from Playa de Ajabo, the nearest black sand beach, and around four miles from the centre of Adeje – home to the popular Playa del Duque beach, shopping malls, a golf course and La Caleta National Park. Mount Teide, providing a dramatic backdrop for the hotel, is around 40 miles away and Tenerife South Airport is 17 miles away.

Accommodation is similar in size, with a Suite offering slightly more space, as well as a living area and Bali bed on the terrace. Decor in all accommodation is minimalist and neutral, with black hardware, a funky tiled shower and a monochrome illustrated mural. Hexagonal motifs are seen throughout the resort, from seating to lighting and wall art. On the rooftop, white hexagonal shades and umbrellas accompany a hexagonal infinity pool. There’s also a large pool on the main level, close to a bar.

A gym, basketball court and biking centre, as well as yoga and Tai Chi classes offer plenty of options for activity, and if you’re hiring a car, on-site parking is available for a fee. Mindfulness and meditation sessions also provide opportunity for deep relaxation, as does the range of massages and treatments available at the wellness centre.

The main restaurant focuses on local produce and flavours, offering healthy, organic and tailored dietary options, under a foliage-covered ceiling. The Rooftop Sunset Bar & Restaurant offers impressive views of the Atlantic and La Gomera Island, and there’s also a 24-hour lobby bar and a pool bar.
