Star Camp kids’ club is available for children from 4 to 17 years of age, with a daily changing programme of activities offered to each age group. There are two children’s pools with slides, a pirate ship and a playground. You’ll also find two large outdoor swimming pools surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.

The wellness centre offers a range of massages including anti-stress, lymphatic, sports, oriental, reflexology, Hawaiian lomi lomi and body wraps. The spa features a thermal circuit, active pool, jets and waterfalls circuit, 40-degree pool, cold-water pool, Finnish sauna, hammam and Turkish bath. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are available to use plus there’s two fitness rooms and a variety of activities to enjoy including aqua spinning, table tennis, aerobics, aqua gym and pool games.

Dining information

There are four on-site restaurants and three bars. Zeus is the main buffet restaurant, open every day for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, with show cooking stations in the evening. Portofino Italian Restaurant serves delicious pasta and oven-baked pizzas – make sure you try the focaccia, bruschetta or a starter with fresh mozzarella. The a la carte Poseidon Gourmet Restaurant, headed up by Jose Miguel Barrera and his team, uses only exclusive ingredients from the area to prepare dishes. Enjoy foie gras with spiced bread, or braised sea bass on a bed of baby beans with ham and cockles. For traditional Canary Island dishes, head over to Barbacoa Restaurant for lunch. Please note reservations are required for a la carte restaurants.

The Pool Bar and Zumeria Pool Snack Bar serves light bites and snacks during the day, while the Hall Bar is a great place to head to in the evening for a cocktail.

The half board package includes breakfast and dinner in Zeus. If you’re staying half board in a Suite or Suite Duplex for seven nights or more, you can enjoy one a la carte dinner per stay. If you’re staying less than seven nights, or in a Double Room, you can receive a 25% discount on a la carte dinners (drinks excluded). 

Additional information

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) breakfast and dinner will be served at set times and not all restaurants and bars are open. The solarium will also operate with a reduced capacity.

You will be required to wear a mask in all areas of the hotel, with the only exception while sitting down, consuming food or drinks. Smoking is prohibited on all terraces and hotel facilities. There will be no valet parking available at this time.
