Dining information
Pride is taken when it comes to cuisine at Montpelier. Between the three restaurants available, it offers a blend of French and Caribbean cuisine with emphasis on fresh, innovative food. The kitchen focuses on the quality of the ingredients using organic local fruits, vegetables, poultry and fish wherever possible.
Choose from Indigo’s which embodies easy-going island dining serving lunch and dinner around the pool. The sharing platters, molecular cocktails and fine wine and Champagne set the tone of the lounge bar.
Restaurant 750 offers a stylish ambiance in the evenings where drinks and canapés are served in The Great Room, before dining on the terrace with captivating views of Nevis. And finally, Montpelier’s 300 year-old sugar mill, Mill Privée. This truly unique Nevis restaurant hosts tasting dinners with a wine pairing carefully hand picked by Montpelier’s own sommelier.
