Adler Spa Resort Sicilia is a stunning, beachfront property, located on the south-west coast of Sicily – bordered by the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve. The ancient archaeological site of Valley of the Temples is a well-trodden tourist attraction, just over 20 miles away, while the capital city of Palermo and its magnificent cathedral are a must-see. Palermo Airport and Catania Airport are 86 and 118 miles away respectively.
This boutique hotel is a cluster of single storey buildings which blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, strategically positioned to align with sunrise or sunset. Accommodation was built using local, sustainable materials, including stone, clay and glass, as well as a liberal use of wood. Flat roofs are covered in grasses, while water channels link the interior and exterior. Rooms are incredibly spacious, bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, leading out to a lovely terrace boasting uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. They are decorated in an earthy palette of taupe and terracotta and are equipped with modern comforts including a digital TV and free Wi-Fi.

Dining information
The hotel offers two dining options: the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner, as well as the outdoor osteria for lunch. Start your day with a glass of freshly squeezed Sicilian orange juice, pastries served straight from the oven and fruits harvested from hotel grounds. Lunch consists of traditional Italian pizzas and a tantalising display of buffet pasta dishes. In the evening, expect to feast on the finest Sicilian dishes in the Seaview Restaurant. Enjoy red Sicilian prawns or salt-crusted sea bass, paired with local Italian wines from the hotel’s own Tenuta Sanoner winery in Tuscany. There’s also an enticing crustacean buffet station to dip into.
The Sunset Bar serves a selection of ice creams, granitas, drinks and snacks during the day. Otherwise, stop by in the evening for a cocktail on the terrace.
