Meanwhile, Tides serves hotdogs and burgers poolside for lunch and dinner and 1844 Dominican Cuisine tantalises you with local cuisine and flavoursome meats. More fabulous dinners are on offer at adult-only Bluewater Grill, which serves sizzling steaks. You can also relish Italian classics alfresco at Capers or enjoy vivacious Mexican cuisine at El Patio under the stars. For South American flavours like ceviche, visit Tierra, or if you’re craving Japanese, Himitsu is a winner. Reserve one of the Teppanyaki tables to see your food artistically prepared before your eyes.
