The hotel features a superb on-site U-Spa where you can enjoy a relaxing treatment, unwind in the hydrotherapy circuit or exercise in the fitness area. There are five individual treatment rooms, some equipped with hot tubs, and two double treatment rooms. The hydrotherapy circuit offers spa pools with cascades and swan neck jets, sensation showers and chromotherapy showers. After a Turkish bath or sauna, head to the relaxation areas with heated loungers. The U-Spa also has a modern and spacious gym with fitness area featuring cardiovascular and weight-training equipment including treadmills, stair steppers and cross trainers.

Foodies will enjoy the hotel's fabulous cuisine, ranging from the most traditional dishes to international fare. The large buffet restaurant is the main restaurant, serving international cuisine with live show cooking of meat, fish and pasta dishes. You can dine at the lovely, spacious terrace with stunning views of La Gomera. For local cuisine, head to the Thematic Restaurant which offers a varied menu, Spanish wines and a terrace with views onto Mount Teide. The swimming pool Snack Bar serves a selection of dishes, or you can sip a cocktail at Bar Reception.
