Alternatively, visit Marcello’s Italian Restaurant, next to the adult-only pool, for risotto and pizzas straight from the wood-fired oven. Pair with a chianti classico or prosecco for an authentic flavour. Lemongrass Pan-Asian Restaurant is also a popular choice. This rooftop venue serves sushi and Thai red curry with sea views.
For drinks, the Adults Pool Bar offers coffee and cocktails during the day. Plus, the Aquatonic Pool Bar keeps you hydrated with orange juice and lemonades. Kids will also love the milkshakes here. Last but not least, there is the Equinox Lobby Bar, where you can relax with a freddo espresso in hand.
