If relaxation and pampering is on the agenda, then the Opium Health Spa will be very much in demand. The centre point of the hotel is an outdoor pool with a hydro massage rotunda pool. Alternatively, the sunken Royal Pool is exclusively for adults of 16 years or over. Inside facilities include a heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and state-of-the-art fitness centre. Two floodlit tennis courts, a dive school and kids' club (3-12 years) complete the extensive facilities. Golf enthusiasts can also hone their game at a choice of four championship courses just a 25-minute drive from the hotel.

Dining information

The hotel has five restaurants, two bars and a coffee shop providing an excellent choice of dining options. Customers who are booked on Half Board or Full Board will take their meals in the Mediterraneo for lunch and Epicurean Restaurant or Terrace for dinner.

Breakfast is served at the Lemonia Piazza Restaurant, however it is also an all-day dining venue offering tastes from around the world. The Epicurean Restaurant offers a choice of a la carte or buffet evening meals along with theme nights and regular and varied entertainment. The Mediterranean Restaurant is a traditional Greek and Mediterranean tavern, open between May and October, where you can enjoy a wide selection of local specialities as well as fresh fish. Ristorante Bacco serves authentic Italian cuisine with highlights from Tuscany, captured in a sumptuous menu that includes fresh, homemade pasta dishes, tender meat and fish specialities. O’Shin Restaurant offers an exquisite menu, showcasing Japanese cuisine using innovative techniques to create sushi, rolls, sashimi and hot specialties of pan-Asian gastronomic delights.

The Astria Bar is themed around the night sky. There is live entertainment nightly, however please note that children under 14 years old must be accompanied by their parents. The Pool Bar is open during the day (closed during winter) serving a wide range of snacks, cocktails, ice creams and fresh juices. Cafe Occidental is chic, contemporary, cosmopolitan and recently refurbished. It has magnificent views of the sea and serves freshly brewed coffee, drinks, pastries, cakes and afternoon tea.
