The hotel offers an impressive range of facilities for all members of the family. There are three pools – the main one is located near the bar and is surrounded by loungers and parasols, interspersed with swaying palm trees. Little ones have a separate kids’ pool, plus there’s an adult-only Zen pool located in the middle of the olive grove – it’s a gorgeous retreat.

As for golf, the property boasts an on-site, nine-hole course at the Tour d'Opio golf club. The picturesque course is dotted with olive trees and offers fantastic views over the Valbonne Plateau. Facilities include a driving range, pitching and putting greens and a practice bunker. Group golf lessons and equipment are part of the all-inclusive plan, although you can splurge on additional lessons, green fees and courses specifically curated for children.

Three cardio training rooms are equipped with machines and weights, plus you can join the complimentary Pilates and Body Pump classes and play tennis, padel, football and archery. Beside these, you have access to circus acrobatic and artistic activities which include flying trapeze, high bungee and aerial silk, among others.

Meanwhile, the hotel’s beautiful Club Med Spa by Payot offers treatments inspired by its creator Nadia Payot, designed to heal and relax, using innovative formulas. It’s a stunning peaceful retreat, decorated in azure blue mosaics, offering a range of facial treatments, massages, manicures and pedicures from five therapy rooms – or a double therapy room. The spa also features an indoor pool, a hammam and a sauna.

Families needn’t worry about their children, as they are provided with a fun-filled, age-appropriate programme at the kids’ clubs. Babies through to teens have access to exceptional activities which include sensory and creative activities, early learning for tiny tots, nature trials and archery for mini club children and golf, tennis and circus lessons for juniors and teens. There are two brightly coloured playrooms with a dedicated area for napping for babies, a play area with slides and ride-on cars and bikes for two to three-year-olds and a dedicated heated pool and playground for four to ten-year-olds.

Dining information

Le Provence is the hotel’s main restaurant, serving up a feast of local specialities and innovative dishes. Meals are taken on the gorgeous panoramic terrace and paired with wines from the restaurant’s wine cellar. There’s also a ‘baby corner’ where food can be prepared to suit little ones. Next door to Le Provence is L’Esterel, offering a delicious menu of local and international dishes for lunch and dinner. Overlooking the olive grove is The Golf which provides an a la carte service for dinner.

As for bars, The Loup is poolside and is a great spot to chill out and enjoy the surrounding landscape, while in the evening, the ambience oozes an exclusive lounge bar. The Croisette is centrally located and embodies sophistication. The curved bar is styled using a rich, red decor, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy an aperitif.
