Set in the grand dining room, Francesco Mazzei at Villa Corinthia serves stylish Italian dishes for lunch and dinner. Savour ossobuco or enjoy tortellini stuffed with burrata cheese and spicy nduja. Finish off with a panna cotta topped with chocolate sauce and amaretto crumble or sip a refreshing drink from a colourful Murano glass. For more Italian flavours, visit the Secret Garden (open seasonally and during the day only). Here you can enjoy chicken Milanese club sandwiches and pizzas by the pool. An impressive cocktail menu features spritzes, cosmopolitans and signature creations. Don’t miss the Sunset Sour, made with zingy ginger, Gin Mare and pineapple juice.
