The pools wrap around little palm-tree filled islands connected by winding walkways to take you around the resort. For something more laid-back, Paraiso plates up Mexican fusion alongside blazing sunsets and calming sea views. Unami serves Japanese and Asian cuisine, prepared on a traditional Robata grill. Also in the mix is Oceania, a high-end seafood restaurant with panoramic resort views.
