Minotaur restaurant is an a la carte affair boasting spectacular lagoon-views and modern gourmet Italian dishes. It’s here that you can admire original ceramics by Picasso. For alfresco dining and a contemporary twist on East Asian cuisine, try Blue Monkey. Head to Xasreria for local Cretan food which is made with organic ingredients or enjoy a light lunch at Petrino, the resort’s alfresco, speciality seafood restaurant. For a candlelit meal by the waterfront, don’t miss Lago di Candia, a special grill restaurant which appears to be floating on the water.
There are plenty bars and lounges to enjoy fresh cocktails, low-key entertainment and dazzling sunsets. The Sunset Lounge offers an exclusive beachfront setting with calming sea views. Throughout the day, take advantage of By the Pool Brasserie, which is situated by the main pool, and enjoy live jazz music in evenings at the sophisticated Lagoon Bar.
Half board includes breakfast and dinner in the main buffet restaurant. Dinner can also be taken in select a la carte restaurants with a credit toward food. Lunch (in exchange for dinner), can be taken in the buffet restaurant. Drinks are not included.
