Order from a diverse menu of Japanese dishes at the sleek Bonsai Japanese Restaurant. Savour makis, California rolls and vegetable teppanyaki, topped off with green tea cheesecakes and lemon yuzu. For Mediterranean fare a la carte, head to Mare Nostrum Restaurant, and for prime cuts smoked Texan style, dine at Smoke House La Hacienda. Breezy buffet lunches can be had at Uxmal Mexican Restauran. Visit in the evening for delicious a la carte dishes that showcase national and regional favourites.
