Pair the Michelin-starred chef’s creations with white wines from Piedmont and full-bodied reds from the hills of Tuscany.
As the evening closes in, venture to the 1970 Bar. Peep glittering skyscrapers through the floor-to-ceiling windows as you enjoy a wine or martini. The Spire Rooftop Bar also offers views of Bangkok’s skyline, along with cocktails and caviar. Indulge in a 6pm Romance cocktail, which mixes Campari, vermouth and cherry.
