Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa is a beachfront, all-inclusive hotel in the premium Turkish resort of Belek. The resort is situated on a private beachfront in Belek on Turkey’s south coast, just over 20 miles from Antalya International Airport. The region is well known for its beautiful beaches, manicured golf courses and high-end resorts dotted along the coast. In the nearby town you’ll find cafes, shops and restaurants, as well as a Sunday bazaar. When in the area you may want to visit the ancient Greek city of Perge, 18 miles east, or venture to the impressive Manavgat waterfall, 30 miles west.
Generous rooms offer ample space and amenities for a relaxed stay. Though the décor is in need of some updating, the facilities are comfortable and good quality. For families, Garden Family Rooms consist of two interconnecting rooms with additional garden access for outdoor space. On the beach there’s plenty of sun loungers to go around and ample space for sandcastle building and children to play. Unwind in the impressive spa, home to three types of sauna, a Turkish bath, a whole room of bamboo framed Jacuzzis and a large indoor pool.
This hotel pulls out all the stops for families, with an entire section dedicated to children. Cornie Kids’ World is home to age separated kids’ clubs, a shaded playground, a restaurant, a mini cinema and soft play. For teens, there’s a games room with PlayStations, board games and darts, whilst babies and toddlers have a dedicated area with cots, a food prep area and an activities room. Plus, there’s amenities on request such as thermometers, changing mats, bottle warmers and swimming floats.
There’s no shortage of activities and entertainment here, day and night. Practise your swing at the golf course – with a free shuttle to get you there, or tone up your serve in one of ten tennis courts. Get into the competitive spirit at the entertainment centre which has a bowling alley, billiards and table tennis, or if you prefer outside activities there’s mini-golf, beach volleyball, water polo and archery. On the beach there’s a water sports centre with activities (at an additional charge). By night, catch a show in the amphitheatre, including live music, comedies and dance shows, before heading to the beach for a themed party.
Dining information
There’s plenty of dining options here, with a main buffet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and eight a la carte restaurants. By the pool, you can pick up snacks and refreshments – 24 hours a day. Grab a Mediterranean dish at Sapore, Teppanyaki at Tai Pen, or seafood at Fish and Love. Sumack serves traditional Turkish fare and there’s even a pub with a mixed Latin and Irish feel. You’ll be spoilt for choice with bars, from a café serving Turkish coffee to a jazz bar on the pier. By night, Salmakis Disco Bar is a nightclub hosting either indoor or outdoor events.
