Sat on Turkey’s southern coast, the hotel is located in the city of Side, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The city centre is just over a mile and a half away – get there by car or walk along the promenade. This ancient city is home to ruins of a Roman amphitheatre, an aqueduct and Hellenistic walls, interspersed with the more modern architecture of the city – as well as bars and restaurants. There are also beaches here, a harbour and a backdrop of the Taurus Mountains. Antalya is 44 miles away, and its airport is 39 miles.

There’s a total of five pools here, including a large main pool with two slides, a water park, a children’s pool and a quiet pool beside the bar. The kids’ club provides entertainment for the hotel’s younger guests aged 4 to 12, with a secure environment for them to make friends, play games and Xbox, watch movies and attend a foam party. Babysitting is available for guests aged one to three (charges apply), and facilities including a pushchair, baby bath, potty, baby toiletries, a bottle heater and high chairs can be requested at the time of booking – please contact the Customer Service team.
If you like to keep active, a fitness room with an outdoor workout area, tennis court, aqua gym and aqua bike are available. The hotel’s main restaurant, Hemera, has a range of Turkish and international cuisine, as well as grilled items from the outdoor barbecue, and vegan and gluten-free options available on request. For poolside light bites, Meltem Pool Bar offers a la carte sushi (reservations required and charges apply), and the Burger House serves homemade burgers. For a sweet treat, Hanimeli Patisserie has cookies, macaroons, cakes and pastries, accompanied by coffees. For a la carte dining, Akdeniz Restaurant serves French, Italian and Turkish cuisine accompanied by an extensive wine list. Sandal provides seafood, Sofra specialises in Turkey’s national dishes and Olive offers popular Italian meals. Five bars add to the dining offering – Kumsal is home to an open buffet and a la carte menus, and the Side Lounge Lobby Bar is open 24-hours a day for refreshments.
