There are more opportunities to refuel poolside at LARU. Lounge out with chill-out music as you sip on iced teas and signature cocktails all day. Jarred salads, kale crisps and avocado rolls also await. For beachside dining during the day, head to PHEA – the home of the sunset party and a vast cocktail offering. Enjoy cosmopolitans and mojitos, as well as club sandwiches and seafood tapas.

In the evenings, opt for fusion cuisine at the a la carte restaurant PULIANA. Dine on an eclectic combination of South American and Asian flavours, which are carefully curated by acclaimed chef Thanos Stasinos. Meanwhile, BOSETO serves cocktails and charcuterie boards along with Ionian Sea views from its rooftop – it’s the ultimate place to be for evening drinks.

An additional two bars include SINAR in the lobby, where tea and coffee are served in a relaxing ambience – and CADUNA, which is in the hotel’s retail shop, serving afternoon tipples.
