In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) there will be thermal temperature screening procedures in place. Turndown service will be available on request only, and minibars will only be replenished when your room is cleaned. Restaurants will be operating at a limited capacity and buffets will be limited and/or replaced with a la carte dishes. Cash and card payment for charges incurred at restaurants can only be taken at reception.
Reservations are required for excursions and activities and may operate at a limited capacity. There will be no equipment hire available. The shop permits two guests at a time, and you will be required to wear a face mask. Reservations are also required at the spa and for any wellness activities, where you’ll need to use your in-room bathrobe to attend a treatment (where appropriate) and shower beforehand. The changing rooms, Vitality pool, relaxing zone, sauna and hammam will be unavailable until further notice. You’ll also need to reserve a one-hour time slot to use the gym.
The kids’ club will offer a maximum of half-day time slots with a limited capacity, which need to be booked in advance. Shoes are not permitted inside the kids’ club – hotel slippers may be worn, and parents are required to wear shoe covers and face masks when entering. Food will be not be available at the kids’ club.
