La Salsa Restaurant & Bar is the main restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Set above the pool, this attractive open-air restaurant enjoys views of the surrounding natural beauty. For breakfast there’s a substantial buffet comprising pastries, cakes, fruits and pancakes – as well as a made-to-order omelette station. Lunches and dinners feature a la carte options (which alternate each week), such as the fresh catch of the day, grilled meats and a choice of international or Caribbean-inspired dishes.

Sandy’s Chattel Bar Restaurant is a Bajan-style rum shop serving traditional Caribbean dishes. Try West Indian prawn curry or the ‘pepper hot’ slow cooked stew from the a la carte menu. Otherwise, check out the special Steak N' Ale menu on a Friday night. Keep in mind that dinner reservations are required. Meanwhile, the poolside bar is the place to order refreshing cocktails or to enjoy a simple afternoon tea. It’s here that the hotel regularly hosts its Poolside Dining Nights, whereby restaurants close so that buffet and barbecue diners can enjoy dining beneath the stars (weather permitting). Located just minutes away via a complimentary daily shuttle, Sand Street Bistro in historic Speightstown offers an additional casual beachfront setting for lunch and dinner. Here you can enjoy bold, flavourful dishes and creative cocktails in a relaxed seaside atmosphere, with a beer garden and direct beach access adding to the laid-back island feel.

There’s a range of entertainment such as mixology sessions, live cooking demonstrations and a weekly cocktail party. Steel pan entertainment is often provided during dinner at both restaurants. However, for quieter nights in, room service is also available at the hotel.

Your stay here includes daily breakfast, and you can choose to upgrade to either a half board or full board basis. The half board plan includes breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. You are able to rotate between lunch and dinner. Full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both plans offer three courses for lunch and dinner. All drinks across the hotel are subject to additional costs. Guests on half board or full board can also choose to dine at Sand Street Bistro for either lunch or dinner as part of their plan.
