There are eight pools, including two infinity pools, an adult-only heated pool and a children's pool at the Kids’ Club Playhouse. The private, sandy beach overlooks the Island of Cozumel, where you can relax on loungers just steps away from the Caribbean Sea. Adults have access to the 24/7 fitness centre, which is located on the second floor and is equipped with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and free weights, as well as complimentary water, towels and mats. Fitness classes like HIIT are also on offer. For total relaxion, The Spa by The Fives offers massage, body treatments and facials. The Kids’ Club Playhouse welcomes little ones, providing fun, supervised activities, including fitness classes, arts and crafts, and video games, for kids ages 4 to 12 years old. Children will love the playground, toy room, kid's pool and the children's fitness centre with ropes, parallel bars, trampolines, springboards and large floor pads. Try Tuscan cuisine with sweeping views of the sea at Arezzo or stop by Natura Day Club & Grill – both adult-only – for made-to-order ceviche. Families can head over to Flavours Restaurant for an international buffet dinner. Meanwhile, La Brasserie x Mestizo delivers authentic Mexican fare and iconic French cuisine, while Koh Thai x Oka-Sushi serve the flavours of the Far East. A selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes that go beyond bowls and salads are served at Lizzards. Dine in the warm indoor ambiance of Casa De Rosa (local charges apply).

You can also grab snacks throughout the day from one of the five pop-up food corners. Opt for burgers and sandwiches at Breeze Burger, a slice of pizza at Oriola Pizza or experience the true essence of the Yucatan Peninsula at Chechen & Chakah. There's also Caribbean-style snacks at Muelle Ocho and pop-up delights at Humo y Vino.

The hotel features a great selection of bars including a Gin Bar and the poolside Infinity Bar. Adults can enjoy tequila tastings and sing along to traditional Mexican folk music twice a week with a mariachi band at Cantina 1910 or head to the beach for freshly prepared coconuts at Filys Bar. Palms is a teens’ cocktail bar serving fun, alcohol-free mocktails, while adults can enjoy specially crafted cocktail beside the adult-only pool at Natura Bar. Marley Coffee serves up freshly brewed coffees using some of the finest blends from across the globe, Donatella offers you an incredible assortment of gelatos.
