Magic Village Yards is a peaceful, immaculately presented self-catering complex, situated in Kissimmee, Florida. It features a lovely outdoor pool, fitness centre and an on-site restaurant, as well as a great range of spacious three- and four-bedroom homes.
This modern, gated property is positioned on a large, well-maintained plot of land, in the heart of Orlando’s premium shopping district. Locally, there’s an abundance of restaurants on Highway 192 while Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Epcot and the Magic Kingdom are within nine miles. You’re also well-placed to access the most popular attractions in Florida, including Universal Studios Florida and Walt Disney World Resort. Orlando International Airport is 25 miles from the property.
The complex consists of two- and three-storey houses with three or four bedrooms. They are tastefully decorated using neutral, calm tones, with vaulted ceilings flooding the space with natural light. All houses feature a HD flat-screen TV with premium channels, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, cooker with oven, microwave and dishwasher. There’s also a full-size washing machine and dryer and a safety deposit box. Some houses offer an outdoor summer kitchen with a large grill and table and chairs for up to six people, while others contain an outdoor hot tub. All houses feature a balcony or terrace area.
