There’s also a sleek fitness centre, a private cinema, a children’s playground, a lively games room and volleyball courts. Golfers are well catered for with an 18-hole course, complete with driving range, putting green and clubhouse with a pro shop. Meanwhile, tennis players can play on one of six well-kept clay courts or head to the dedicated tennis clubhouse for a game.

Like any true home-from-home, each townhouse comes with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that makes self-catering simple. Expect granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a full range of essentials – from ovens, dishwashers and fridge-freezers to coffee makers and cutlery. As each home is individually furnished by its owner, dining tables may not always seat larger groups in full.
