On Business gives far more added value for you and your team each time one of you books a flight. Did you know about these business benefits?

1. You get at least five per cent off flights (without redeeming any On Business Points)

Fancy flying for less? As soon as you sign up to On Business, you’re entitled to Member-only discounts of at least five per cent off many flights (excluding taxes, fees and carrier charges). And that’s without spending a single point.

2. Earn and spend On Business Points across our partner airlines

You and your team can pool points and spend them on Reward Flights across the globe with British Airways, American Airlines and Iberia.

3. You can progress through tiers to become a bigger earner

Just like British Airways’ Executive Club, On Business has tiers that reward big spenders. When you sign up, you automatically enter Tier On1. When you and your team’s annual travel spend exceeds £30,000, your collective earning power is boosted to 1.25 On Business Points per £1 spent as part of Tier On2. And once your company racks up to £300,000 or more per year on flights, you move up to Tier On3 and earn 1.5 On Business Points for every £1 spent.

4. Continue to collect Avios for yourself

Any traveller who is a Member of the Executive Club will continue to collect Avios for themselves, while earning On Business Points for the business at the same time.

5. It’s a one-stop-shop for managing your team’s travel

Keeping tabs on your team’s travel can be a nightmare – but thankfully On Business' online Dashboard helps you manage your company’s business-trip budget on one easy-to-access platform. Through custom reports, see when and where each colleague has flown, how much they’ve spent and how many On Business Points they’ve earned along the way.

6. You can swap points for upgrades, giving you access to our newest lounges

Swapping a seat at Departures for the privacy and comfort of an airport lounge is an enormous value-add. On Business Points could be spent on cabin upgrades to business class (Club World or Club Europe) or First, meaning you and your team can access and work in lounge facilities across the world – including British Airways’ new-look lounges at Rome Fiumicino Airport, Aberdeen and New York JFK Airport (for First passengers). So, the more points you earn, the more productive your team can be while on the road.

Let your work trips reward you with British Airways’ On Business programme
