There is also a complimentary shuttle service to Playa de la Cucharas, two miles away. The island’s capital, Arrecife and the nearest shopping centre is a similar distance. It’s only nine miles from Arrecife airport.

The Wellness Centre promotes a sensorial experience to achieve optimum wellness, including treatments focussed on beauty, relaxation, vitality and rejuvenation. There is also an exclusive area featuring Balinese beds, for those seeking peace and quiet, or you can access the small, volcanic sand and rock cove, 50 steps down from the resort.
The main lagoon-style pool features a couple of children's splash pools, one with a toadstool fountain and a mini-slide. The heated Olympic-size outdoor pool has ten lanes, reserved for adults-only. They can be booked for private use at a charge, or you can swim in one of the shared lanes. Floats, hand paddles, pull buoys and flippers are all available to aid resistance training.
At Barcy Club, kids from 4 to 12 years old, can enjoy the Happy Minds programme, inspired by the theory of seven multiple intelligences. There is a great variety of games and workshops adapted to their preferences, abilities and skills, so they can have a positive experience and enjoy some independence or have fun as a family.
Dining information
The all-day buffet restaurant serves a mix of traditional Canarian, Spanish and international dishes. There's themed nights three times a week, plus show cooking stations at lunch and dinner.
