To convert your PayRewards Points to Avios you must link your British Airways Club account to your pay.com.au account. Linked accounts should be for the same individual and the customer surname and address should match.
Conversion Rate: Earn 1 Avios for every 3 PayRewards Points.
The minimum conversion amount to your British Airways Club Account is 1,250 PayRewards Points which would earn 416 Avios. Any PayRewards Points balance less than 1,250 cannot be converted to your British Airways account until the minimum points balance of 1,250 has been reached. Fractions of Avios will not be allocated.
Avios will be awarded to the nominated British Airways Club account, which is linked to the relevant PayRewards account at the time of the relevant earn activity.
Avios will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 business days of completing the relevant earn activity, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign.
To earn Avios, you must be a current member of The British Airways Club. Membership and Avios earn is subject to The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions , and any changes to the Member benefits and features, including Avios redemption, will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. British Airways and AGL collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

British Airways and pay.com.au may use your personal information for purposes related to your linked accounts, including to: (a) confirm that you are a British Airways Club member, (b) link your accounts, and (c) allow you to access details about your British Airways Club account, such as your ABN, from within your pay.com.au account.
You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time through your profile in your PayRewards account settings.
