Hikers can tackle the trails up Mountain Aguda, just shy of three miles from the resort, or head five miles out to the dramatic ravines of Barranco de Esquinzo. Golfers are just a swing away from the 18, ocean-facing holes of Jandia Golf Course, too. If you’re feeling adventurous, take a day trip to the charming village of Cofete – 25 miles away. Otherwise, the capital, Puerto del Rosario beckons with a bit more bustle, 52 miles from your front door. You’ll find Fuerteventura Airport around 50 miles away.
Rooms here are calm, clean and quietly coastal. Simple and spacious, they have whitewashed walls, sandy-tones floors and soft pops of seafoam green. Each comes with a balcony, plus a little table and chairs, so you can sip your morning coffee in the balmy breeze.
